The changing healthcare requirements implore providers and organizations to embrace EHRs based on legal frameworks like MACRA and Affordable Care Act as part of their value-based care approach to get necessary reimbursement (Aguirre et al., 2019). The purpose of this paper is to provide an implementation plan outline for an enterprise healthcare systems involving the use of electronic health records (EHRs).
1). Impacted healthcare setting within the enterprise health care system
The implementation of an electronic health records (EHRs) system will impact different settings in the system in various ways for instance, EHRs will eliminate the use of paperwork and introduce automation in all operations, processes, and activities that will lead to increased interoperability.
